Description
This wet processed Nicaragua is good for all roast levels.
The Light Roast offers a bright coffee with a mild body.
Medium roasts will add more body with still the brightness. Most popular roast level.
The dark roasted Nicaragua Wet Processed holds up well for our darker roasts and is used for the Italian and French roast. Often blended with the honey processed as well.
The only difference in the two processing methods is that the wet processed is machine pulped with water then laid out to dry on patios vs, the honey processed being partially wet processed, then in an attempt to save water, laid to dry out on patios with bits of the fruit still on the bean which can add a bit of floral aroma and flavors to the roasted coffee. However, the darker you go, the less this flavor profile will be featured.
