Light Roast
Golden honey sweetness with hints of apricot and florals. Smooth, bright, and gently sweet.
Medium Roast
Caramel-coated stone fruit with a rounded, buttery body. Sweet, mellow, and comforting.
Dark Roast
Deep molasses and dark cocoa layered with a touch of dried fruit. Rich, smooth, and warmly sweet.
Available in 1 or 2 pound bags. Choose from light roast through a Vienna roast (medium dark.)
Choose whole bean or ground.

Description
The Nicaragua Selva Negra is honey processed and provides a floral and fruity aroma at lighter roasts and a smooth medium roast. Holds up for darker roast as well.
Rainforest Alliance Certified.
Honey processed doesn’t use any honey. The pulp of the coffee cherry is left on during the drying process which looks like honey. Since the fruit is allowed to stay with seed and decay naturally some of the sugars bring out a more fruity aroma when grinding and brewing. Often the aftertaste will have a bit of these qualities.
