I use a ratio of about 17 to 18 to 1 for my pour overs.
For pour overs or auto drip, this is about 3 tablespoons or 3 heaping spoonfuls to one 10 oz. cup of coffee.
For French Press, try a coarse grind and 14:1 since your coffee will be sitting in the water to brew.
