Description
For best results in Jura machines and other automated machines choose medium or light roast.
The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a good coffee to roast in a variety of levels. If you like a dark roast then the bean holds up well for that but it also creates a nice mild acidic cup with a light roast yielding a fragrant and floral cup with fruit overtones.
The medium roast will give you just the right amount of boldness and is one of our favorites roasted this way.
Please allow 1 to 3 days for delivery since we may have to roast your coffee. Also, keep in mind that the flavor will develop over the next 7 to 14 days after roasting.
